The Tatarahake Viewpoint track is located at the far north end of Tolaga Bay Beach, past the freedom campground and cemetery.  It’s a great short track to a view platform perched on the ridgetop overlooking all of Tolaga Bay.

Next up is the spectacular Cooks Cove walkway track…with a little bonus ridgetop loop that I like to do past the typical track-end at Cooks Cove.

  1. Celeste Reinking Says:

Tolaga Bay is indeed very beautiful, and we planned to do the kayaking, but unfortunately the campground only rents kayaks to people staying in the campground.
